Technology Purchase and Leasing

  • Call/Contact center—Enroll Force provides solutions that allows you the flexibility to handle benefit enrollments over the telephone. You will have full call recording, voice mail, dedicated 800-number, etc. and can customize the system in any way that you would like. We have the following service choices:
     
    • Purchase—We will build a system for you in-house that you can use to handle the calls and the setup your self. This is an affordable, easy-to-use, long-term solution to start your own Benefits Call/Contact Center.
    • Leasing—We will provide you with any number of agent “seats” that you can staff with your own in-house reps for a set period of time. This is a hosted solution that will allow you to have use of our technology without the upfront expense of purchasing a system.
    • Month-to-month—This solution is designed for those who need agent “seats” for a short period of time. There is no contract for service and it can be cancelled at any time. Great for case cleanup or for handling scattered employees.
       
  • Electronic enrollment system—Enroll Force works with several of the country’s top benefit enrollment providers to tailor enrollment systems to meet the needs of our partners, without paying for services that you do not need. You can pick-and-choose the functionalities you need to include:
