Call Center Enrollments
The Enroll Force call center affords your company and your
employees a simple and non-intrusive way to enroll into their benefits. Each
client company is given a dedicated toll-free number directly to the call center
that enables our staff to answer the call personalized to each client. Our call
center is staffed with professional benefit counselors who are trained to answer
and help employees with all questions they may have, during or after an
enrollment. All counselors are non-commissioned and are there to educate and
help employees choose the benefit plans that are right for their specific needs;
they are not there to up-sell the employee on anything that he or she does not
need. The call center gives employees flexibility during an enrollment.
Employees can call from home, work, or at a time that is convenient for them -
more freedom than a typical enrollment.
New Hire Enrollments and Family Status Changes
The Enroll Force call center also provides the opportunity to
participate in ongoing enrollments or re-enrollments. The call center can be
used for enrolling newly hired employees throughout the year, as well as
employees that have a change in family status. This saves your HR department
countless hours of paperwork and headaches each month if not everyday. We can
also list all insurance carriers’ telephone numbers into our one-800 number to
give employees a central location to go to for all of their benefit questions.
Simply put, our services simplify the enrollment process and save you time and
money while letting you provide a straightforward means for your employees to
remain informed about their benefits.
Laptop Enrollments (one-on-one)
The laptop enrollment system consists of a
laptop computer, a signature capture pad, and a portable printer. Enroll Force utilizes a
laptop enrollment system when performing its one-on-one enrollments. This
eliminates most of the paperwork involved in a traditional benefits enrollment.
The system can be setup to tie-in directly with our web-based system to ensure
real-time data capture. It can also be run as a stand-alone operation if
high-speed Internet access is not available. The signature capture pad allows an
employee to sign authorizations or applications electronically to further
eliminate the need for paperwork. At the end of an enrollment session, our
benefit counselors are able to print out a confirmation statement for the
employee’s record of the benefits selected during the session.
Web-Based Enrollments
Our web-based enrollment system allows the benefit
enrollment to be greatly simplified for our clients and their employees. The
system ensures that real-time enrollment data is available at all times. Being
web-based also provides employees the option to perform their benefit enrollment
over the Internet from any convenient location with Internet-access. The client
can be given special permissions to access individual employee records,
participation in special products, billing information, and other vital
information. Personalized confirmation statements are available for each
employee at the end of an enrollment and can be either printed onsite, or mailed
to the employee in order to verify their coverage elections.
